Good for health
There is actually no clusive evidences suggesting regular milk consumption does you good or harm on it own.

Therefore in my personal opinions plant seems a better and saner alternative over milk. Provided you are accounting for any unfortified nutrients.

I'll have to check that out then since I always drink it in the morning because I thought it was good for you.

I don't really drink tea or coffee so in the mornings I always have either milk (with some sugar) or a hot chocolate.

Indeed it's interesting says and thoughts about the data they were able to get about it.

As they often said it was probably the work of the dairy industries just like how the sugar industries were trying to tell us that sugars were "good" for us and circulated favored flawed studies.

With my cereal I do, I should start working a small glass into my morning routine every day. At this rate I'll need to start taking pills.

I don't, because I hate the taste. Chocolate milk isn't bad though, I'll admit, but it's too heavy of a taste for me to regularly drink it.

Ironically you are better off eating leafy greens and other veggies they are likely to contain more calcium and other nutrients required to naturally facilitate the absorption processes.

Plus you spare the naturally higher sugar contents of milk as a result by not drinking it "as is".

Yes, I mean not breast milk :p

We're kind of big milk drinkers here where I live. My hubby and I drink a fair amount of milk. It was the same when I was a kid growing up and I was still living at home. My family were pretty big milk drinkers.

I don't do dairy too well & if I do, it's organic. I prefer tho Almond Milk. I get the unsweetened, plain & mix in cocoa powder & monkfruit (sugar alternative).

When I was young, my biological parents asked me to drink milk in the morning before going to school. I only stopped because I have a lactose intolerance now.

Yes, I love milk. I love cow's milk, almond milk and soy bean milk.
