As someone who suffers from back pain, I don't think it would be worth it.
I'd probably feel the same if it did happen, but...but...I wants mah bewbies!

All the boobs posted here today would not give you back problems :P

I would love to be flat chested.

There's 'breast-reduction' surgery.

Can't afford it.

In the UK, the government will pay for it (if it’s not for cosmetic reasons): https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/breast-reduction-on-the-nhs/

Was just reading that page…
Male breast reduction is not normally available on the NHS.

This is because enlarged breasts in men (gynaecomastia) are usually a result of being overweight, and losing weight will often help to reduce their size.

They’re like… Got man boobs? Lose weight fatty, you’re on your own.

My girlfriend said she'd get implants if I paid for it lol.

Famous last words.

Usually women ditch their man after getting them to pay for the implants. Not saying that would happen to you but it happens more often than you'd think.

Unfortunately very true. Get what they want and bolt for greener pastures. I'm not sure I'd let my partner pay for implants for me, it'd make me feel indebted to them, or like a gold digging whore...

Just do it the old fashioned way, marry them, divorce them, take half of their stuff and pay for them that way. :D
