Usually women ditch their man after getting them to pay for the implants. Not saying that would happen to you but it happens more often than you'd think.
Unfortunately very true. Get what they want and bolt for greener pastures. I'm not sure I'd let my partner pay for implants for me, it'd make me feel indebted to them, or like a gold digging whore...
Just do it the old fashioned way, marry them, divorce them, take half of their stuff and pay for them that way.
