Do you still talk with your ex?

I have heard about some people who are still in talking terms with their ex. I don't like it in any way because there will always be a chance of going to sleep with your ex if you still leave communication open. If we are over, everything is done.

Most of the time I usually cut them off, talking to them like nothing happened would bring back memories I probably wouldnt want to relive.

I think it’s hard not to talk with an ex.
It's best to avoid it, but for some people, especially those with kids who are underage, it might not be possible.

Most of the time, I don't talk to them. But I do still remain in contact with my first ex wife because we co-parent.

The only ex that I talk to is my daughter’s mom and we only talk about our daughter. She’s married now with a couple other kids. I don’t talk to any of my other exes.

Answer is  no for me. I have my reasons on not talking to any of my exes at all. The last one was controlling and obsessed with knowing where I am at all times and had connections with another ex of mine that traumatized me for awhile now after everything I have done for her and her kids. She had her friends kick me out and I ended up walking for 5 hours to a hotel room.

Yes, although we didn't immediately after the relationship ended.

Fortunately, we eventually became good friends again - although, since she lives in the USA, and I now have a new partner who lives in the UK, I don't think I could ever go back to being in a relationship with someone on the opposite side of the Atlantic!

Yup. We've been friends since I was 16, broke up when I was about 21 or so...? Still talk usually on a daily basis.
