As the title says, do you think about a lot? And if you do what so you think a lot about? If it's private that's fine, you don't need to share with us.

I usually think a lot about the future and what things will be like.
I also wonder about people I'm close with what they'll be like 5 years down the road. (My thinking a lot happens before bed)

RE: So you think about things a lot?

Yeah sometimes too much, senseless stressing and over thinking really. It's a curse.

RE: So you think about things a lot?

I think too much! Gets me down alot.

How so?

There are times where I think that I may go insane if I can't find a way to shut-down. I have a constant restlessness, and I never really feel content with much of anything. I go for five mile walks and go to the gym a lot so I can clear my head though. I also write, but that is more "entering my head" in a more comfortable way than usual.

Not really, just the every day stuff like school. Thinking about life, the future or any problems I can't solve anyway is a waste of my energy.

I don't stress. I do think.

Must be nice to never have any stress. How do you do that? :P

A matter of degree if nothing else.

How about this?

There is a difference between collecting, and hoarding.

There is a difference between eating, and gluttony.

There is a difference between having 'the flu', and Avian Influenza.

There is a difference between checking to see if you left the stove on, and being Obsessive-Compulsive about it.

OK?

I'm still not convinced. :P

Thank you for making my point most excellently.

Let's take our snark elsewhere, sir! We're all friends here.

Stressing about things by over-thinking is still, and get ready for this, thinking, (I can do it too.) albeit excessively, and that's what the topic is asking. Gluttony may not be the same thing as eating, but it includes eating, and if the thread question read, "So you eat things a lot," an example of casual eating and excessive eating would still be relevant.

My mind is constantly going 99/nothing seemingly, skipping between topics and interconnect things one never thought would relate. Sometimes I focus heavily on decent, fluff thoughts such as the weather, some random landscape that catches my eye, squirrels, etc, and often my mind snags on stressors such as school, work, homework, obligations, worries, fears, etc.

My #1 problem is over thinking everything, -_____-

I can relate. Nice to see you again by the way! :friends:

Thanks, I do try and pop in every once in awhile despite not having any real connections here, xD

But yea, racing minds can often be a bad thing, especially in my case where I've chronic vertigo. Bleh.
