I watch English-language movies and TV shows. English is a foreign language for me. More than 90 percent of TV shows and movies I watch are in the English language. I have not watched a lot of TV shows in other foreign languages but I have watched a lot of movies. Most of my favorite movies and TV shows are actually foreign-language movies and TV shows.

I watch a lot of anime with the original voice cast rather than dubbed, so definitely yes. I'll watch anything in a foreign language so long as there's subtitles and whatever it is I'm watching is good. Anyone who won't watch something just because it's in another language is missing out on a lot of good stuff I think.
Not really. If I do I prefer dubbed over subtitles. Reading subtitles takes me out of the action, out of the moment. I miss things because I am focusing on the words at the bottom of the screen rather than just watching what's going on above that.
