@Dead2009 @PGen98 @FallandPray <<< Do y'all ever look back at the early years of Total Nonstop Action wrestling, back when they were doing the weekly PPVs' at the Asylum in Nashville, TN?

Were most of shows weird as :censored: or that just me thinking it?

It was interesting back in the days of NWA TNA and the upstart promotion that had a chance of being something special. It's a shame it never truly fulfilled its potential, but it has become a decent c-tier promotion.

The early weekly PPV years of TNA, @PGen98 were crazy-as-hell 'cause you never knew what was going to happen; it was also one of the few periods where Vince Russo actually figured out how to book properly (not that A Wild Slapnuts didn't have anything to say about it). During this period they were essentially the alternative to WWF/E so they could get away with stuff (like putting those sons-of-a-ma-gun the Rock'n'Roll Express in Russo's S.E.X. faction) plus it was the start of a couple of TNA Originals' careers (America's Most Wanted and A.J. Styles come to mind here).....fun times indeed,

Their worst period? The Hogan-Bischoff era (I excuse Kevin Nash's time there 'cause he at least was having fun doing the shit he was doing).

Since 2018 (when Anthem bought out Dixie Carter and pulled a Ted Turner on her - i.e. kicked her upstairs) they've actually done pretty well and are a solid third out of the Big 5 - WWE, AEW, TNA, MLW and NWA (I don't consider RoH a national promotion anymore as AEW owns it).
