Three children and three staff members were gunned down at a private Christian school in Nashville on Monday before the shooter, a heavily armed 28-year-old woman, was killed by police, authorities said. The shooting unfolded at The Covenant School on Burton Hills Boulevard where officers "engaged" the woman, whose name was not released.

Here we are again, nothing is going to get done about this and we'll have more shootings this year unfortunately. I feel so bad for the victims families. Conservatives love to blame everything but the gun laws. I'm all for the right to bear arms, but not everyone should easily be able to get a gun. Oh and since the shooter was a trans man, my community is under even more attack now. His gender identity shouldn't matter, he was a murderer and killed innocent lives. Gender identity never matter when it was a cis man, of course they blamed other things like "video games" then though...
