"Enough" according to who?

According to you. Which is why the 2nd poll option is:
"No, I think I need to exercise more"

Anyway I need more exercise myself. :faint:

In that case, as I have "thought about exercise" today, I'm good.

thinking doesn't burn calories. :P

Oh?

The brain does burn more calories during periods of intense thinking. But calorie burning is related to learning; after a subject is mastered, fewer calories are burned by thinking about it. Overall, the brain accounts for 20% - 30% of total calories burned in a day, but most of those calories are used to regulate physiologic processes such as heart rate, breathing and digestion.

As I am not a "master" of the subject at hand, I must have burned the equivalent of a triathlon's worth of calories.
