One of the most epic cut scenes I've ever witnessed. I like how James Heller is really pissed off at Alex Mercer for holding his daughter hostage. Its one of the best scenes I've seen in a video game actually.

I don't have any specific one, but Final Fantasy a lot of those games have some great cut scenes and the end of Bioshock one or Halo on Mastery.

Definitely a lot from Final Fantasy.  They're pretty well schooled in the arts of the cut scene.  Silent Hill and Silent Hill 2 have great cut scenes as well, and I quite enjoy every cut scene in The Last of Us.
