Europe Is In Crisis As Climate Issues Worsen

Yeah this Summer has been pretty hot in the UK.
Investing in Air Con might be a thing next year. Even if the human race changes, we are still in for these hot summers for a looooong time. Isn't just going to reverse itself.

I wonder if we are going to have really cold winters too... :ponder:

Seems so foreign to me that houses don't come pre-equipped with air conditioning. Its standard on every house here. But then again it gets hotter than hell where I am.

I'm starting to think we don't even live on the same planet.
Well some older houses have wall-unit air conditioners, which I suppose were an after-thought. Anything built after 1960 or 1970 has central heat and air.

They're are building some brand new houses in my city and those even come pre-equipped with solar panels on the roofs.

Whenever I look at the national weather maps, it always shows lower temps than what I am dealing with.

It's the humidity; you know that old joke, "but, it's a dry heat", 'tis true, dry heat is much preferable. With the same temps or somewhat less, when the humidity is running 80 or 90 percent it's insufferable sometimes, hard to breathe. The general pace is slower especially in the Gulf states; I think that's mostly due to the humidity.

We get some humidity sometimes, but yeah I'd imagine its way worse over there.

Heck, its slower paced across the South as a whole, not just down on the Gulf....
