After being diagnosed as pre-diabetic by my GP, I have to be careful with what I eat, my sugar levels and exercising a lot more than before. I have invested this month in a home stationary bike that I ride daily, go out walking when the weather permits and do breathing exercises. I also have cut down my sugar intake as well as my carbs too. And you personally? Do you have diabetes, high sugar levels or not in your eyes?

Just had my yearly physical last week and all my blood work came back normal.

I think I am not. I do agree with your GP. We need to control our sugar intake, especially if we have the disease. I tried my best not to overconsume any sweets to prevent acquiring diabetes mellitus.

I am not a diabetic. But I always prefer a low-carb diet. I also do not eat foods which are too sweet. As for exercise, I do a 30-45 min walk every morning. I also play tennis once in a while.
