Falling Asleep

How long does it normally take for you to fall asleep? Do you have any tips for falling alseep if you're lying awake all night?



Thought of this topic because I had a hard time getting to sleep last night. It often takes me at least 15 minutes to fall asleep, but last night I was lying in bed for more than an hour. I'm interested to know if anyone has any advice.

10-30min I think. Unless I'm really tired or just the opposite.

It usually takes me for ever to fall asleep. I toss and turn all night. I think it may be my bed.

Usually a few hours. If it's a real problem I suggest trying sleep therapy; that's what the doctors told me to do anyway...

Depends on how tired I am.



Sometimes I'll lay in bed for who knows how long. Other times right when I get in bed I'm asleep! Last night I was so tired I barely stayed up past new years!

Once I actually go to bed, I'm out almost immediately and i sleep pretty sound until my alarm goes off or the sun gets in my eyes if I don't have an alarm set. haha.
