I have bad days, but I know people who have worse than I have. When I'm feeling like my life is falling apart I try and do something good for someone who is having a harder time, even if its just being someone they can talk to.
In the space of just a few years I lost my health (high stress job got to my heart) which led to my losing that job, then my wife died of cancer, meanwhile, somewhere in there, my truck blew up (250,000 miles will do that!).
I came very close to simply giving up.
I didn't.
Got new job. Met my current wife. Got a new truck. Learned how to make REALLY GOOD shrimp and grits (requires LOTS of real butter and MUCH bacon!). Etc.
My life fall apart long ago and nothing can fix it ... actually never had a life but thats a big of a story maybe other people have worse but atleast have a life ...
Very much so, many times. I've had multiple bouts of therapy and different medications as well. Finally on something that seems to be keeping my anxiety at a tolerable level, but who knows.
