Ham & Cheese Omelet with potatoes and toast

Beans, Eggs, 2 toast And drinks either coffee or Tea

Why would you start the day with beans in your belly? They can cause gas and bloating.

For me:
waffles or pancakes
bacon and/or sausage
eggs
hashbrowns
