Favorite Final Fantasy Character?

Who is your all time favorite Final Fantasy character?

Mine would have to be Tidus from Final Fantasy X/X-2. None of the characters really compare to him at all. I feel like he had the biggest personality out of any FF character I've seen. I thought he was very likeable, not to mention he's got some amazing attack moves.

Aeris/Aerith for me from VII. Since I first played it always liked her. Also l also liked Terra from VI.

All time favorite, can't we have a top 5? Haha. Well, Tidus is also my favorite. He's the type of guy you would talk to at a party and Cloud....you would likely avoid. But, again, that ending of X. Plus as a teen, had a bit of a crush on him.

I liked the rest of the cast from the X franchise including Paine. I didn't care much for Khimari. He just seemed to be the only character that was just....there to be there? He didn't seem to have much going for him other than being an extra for players to use.

I hated that Square made him non playable in the next game though. They didn't do him justice at all. It's taken me a long time to accept X-2 because of that.

Ignis, because he can cook and fight. Edgar, Sabin, Locke, and Cyan. I also liked Sazh too.

Yeah I liked Sabin, Edgar, and Locke too. Honestly most of the cast from VI I enjoyed. They did a really good job with the characters in that game.

Also liked Edge from IV. Oh and Zidane from IX.

They did. I especially loved the final battle and the music.

I didn't play IV, unfortunately. I played IX up until a certain point but no one really hit it for me.

Yes! Music was epic in that game. One of my favorite games in the series.

I haven’t played most of the recent ones myself. Played 1-10. Played a bit of XI too.

No, that was Shuyin. Shuyin was a real historical person in FFX lore. Tidus on the other hand was not a real person. He was Shuyin's doppelganger that was magically created by the Fayth to end Sin's reign of terror. They are polar opposites.

Yea. He died during the Bevelle / Zanarkand War a thousand years ago before the events of X. He comes back as an unsent and wants to kill everyone. He's stuck in a loop and believes the war is still ongoing.
