Most of us likely have a few favorite sporting teams, of one sort or another...here's mine, by chance:

-Football (a/k/a soccer): Liverpool F.C. (along w/a pair of London-area clubs, Crystal Palace & QPR), Rangers F.C. in Scotland and Sporting K.C. in MLS
-Gridiron football (college): Navy Midshipmen, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, North Carolina Tarheels, and Charlotte 49ers'
-Gridiron football (pro): Carolina Panthers(NFL) and Hamilton Tiger-Cats(CFL)
-Hockey: Carolina Hurricanes
