It's carbonated water. Like pop but only water with flavoring like Lemon and Lime.
I've only just started drinking it as it was on special offer XD
They sell Sparkling Water at wal-mart
I used to stock it when I worked there.
They would sell out quickly. I guess a lot of people like fizzy water
I dont really care for it. I dont like soda or any carbonated beverages (except beer)

They used to send those cases of sparkling water in plastic wrap. More than once when I was cutting the plastic wrap off, I'd knick one of the bottles with my knife and it would spray all over the place. That stuff is sticky too. Oh what a disaster.
