Forum Ideas?

I currently run my forum, Pakistani Spirit and well since the past few weeks it's gone complete dead, I've purchased packages and all sorts of things for the forum to get running again though it's basically sat down, I thought Off Topix would be a perfect spot, could you give me advice?

@Nebulous and admins you've ran this forum since 4-5 years, please help.

Well, you could try advertising it through a Google AdWords campaign... or hire paid forum posters to create activity in your community...

Create new threads, engage your members, advertise as much you can. Since you have a Pakistani forum, maybe you should seek out other Pakistani forums (or something related) and post around there with an attractive signature. Perhaps people will click on it and join your forums.

Unfortunately, the name of the forum gives the impression that it is a forum for Pakistani people only.

Thats what I was thinking, I think most people would assume that and not join. Maybe a name change is in your best interest, if you wanted to attract people of all types.

I couldn't access my forum either a little while ago.. but it's working now. (we're from the same host)
