Forum Owner Expectations?

I expect a forum owner to keep the forum software maintained, keep the hosting services and domain names paid for. I also expect them to be an integral part of the community. They don't necessarily have to be the most active person on the forum but they do need to maintain a presence. They should also be fair and friendly.
