I love how you're ignoring the fact that it isn't robbing you of your rights. You can still start a blog, go to other forums, scream it to people right outside your house and nothing will happen aside for more pissed off people.

Because I shouldn't care about that either, that's my individual right being stolen from me by staff.

Point is, you don't wanna get banned, don't act like a douche because a forum has every right to ban you and freedom of speech is irrelevant in that discussion.

Lol haha... you answered my question yourself: can't you see it's the same in everywhere else then? XD No matter in China, Canada, Russia... or etc...it's the same...no, it's still my right offend anyone I want, even the staff (in accordance
to this right...) I shouldn't be afraid of anyone, not even the authorities themselves.

Look it's not my fault you can't see the difference between legal and social consequences. I would suggest reading up on what exactly freedom of speech means and then realise you're not making any sense at the moment.

But that's really what "freedom of speech" is about. No restrictions about this: not even legal consequences after saying it.

Freedom of speech allows you to say what you want, yes.

It doesn't protect you from the consequences of what you say.

No, it's not. Freedom of speech only protects you from prosecution by the government, not by individuals or even companies.

This is for you to educate yourself with the "basic human right" law in your country:

Canadian defamation law

At common law, defamation covers any communication that tends to lower the esteem of the subject in the minds of ordinary members of the public. The perspective measuring the esteem is highly contextual, and depends on the view of the potential audience of the communication and their degree of background knowledge. Probably true statements are not excluded, nor are political opinions unless explicitly stated as such. Intent is always presumed, and it is not necessary to prove that the defendant intended to defame. Where a communication is expressing a fact, it can still be found defamatory through innuendo suggested by the juxtaposition of the text or picture next to other pictures and words.

Defamatory libel is equally valid as a criminal offence under the Criminal Code.

And created by whom? Humans? lol. Get real: you've no "freedom of speech" no where, it's really a big delusion and a big lie.
And it should do that for any individual.

And should I care about the law if I was free? No.

Freedom of Speech is important, as long you don't cause harm to others with your words, unfortunately not all countries believe in the freedom of speech. :s

Sure you do, you can say anything you want and the GOVERNMENT won't put you in jail. That's completely different from the staff's right to ban you for being a giant tool. If you can't see the difference between the 2 I wonder if you're even older than 12.

I'm glad you finally realize that. :highfive:

Maybe you should create your own forum where members can harass and defamate all over each other all they want. It'll probably be a stressful and chaotic community if people actually want to be there.

No, freedom of speech says: I can say anything I want without fearing the staff or anyone else for that matter, and I frankly could care less about "defaming others" even. And I shouldn't care about that either because it's my right to do that . Doesn't mean I'll stop saying what I want either, because I can in "free countries".

xD no it doesn't say that. But I'm done trying to make you less ignorant. If you believe that then go right ahead and feel victimized by the staff here. I'm pretty sure that at this point they couldn't care less either.
