"Freedom of Speech or Thinking in Free Countries"

I'm pretty sure internet forums aren't a basic human right. If you can show me evidence to the contrary, however...

No, but the right to speak my mind bluntly and in any way I want is:
"Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."
And that includes: "the usage of internet forums as I will, as an individual".

Article 18 of the "Universal Human Rights". If the staff here wants me to behave well in this community (because my views don't suit most of the members' here), I won't, because the staff would be violating/infringing one of my "basic expression/view right" yeah? and I can sue the entire forum for this because one of my rights are violated if the staff bans me.

I think you should seek out legal councel so they can educate you on your misinterpretation of american laws.

If I can't, how come people have done this then...? in "free countries"? And I really can as a "free" citizen. And it's a "basic right" too. And I can sue you for "not allowing me to exercize my basic freedom of speech" because you locked my thread.

Just curious how much money are you suing the two forums for that took away your posting privileges in their debate forums.

Nothing, but it's my basic right as a human, XD, which means I can, but I didn't.

But yes, that's "human rights" taken too far in "free countries" because a person can consciously sue anyone for anything, even something as small as this if he/she feels her "basic human rights" are being taken away.

Why not? They violated your basic human right, yes?

3 of them actually: freedom of expression, of views and even of having an opinion on something... etc...

I can get money compensation for the loss of my "basic human rights" even from the suing in America, if I won it against the owners, lol.

I can get money even from the suing in America, if I win, lol.
So why aren't you suing them?

And so if you ban me here for "having a different or for saying a diverging opinion", I'll "exercize my basic human right" on you, which is suing the forum.

And if you say I can't say it on the forum: I'll sue you for "infringing my rights" as an individual, lol and I'll win for sure, XD

I've never been scared of the staff on forums because I know I can do that if I do get banned for "voicing outloud my own opinions..." And I'd suggest for you admins to stop locking threads because it makes some people think or some people don't like other people's opinions lol. And that's what's killing the "free world".

And I'll sue the forum for doing that.

I highly doubt you are going to sue anyone on a forum over this, and if you tried, your case would be dropped very quickly. Please try to sue the forum owners who banned you and let me know how that works out.

Guess what? I won in the past, lol. XD Even got money compensation from it's owners...? XD
So don't threaten me with a ban.

Prove it! :P

We're not threatening you with a ban either. :dontknow:

Just proves how f***** up your "freedom of speech" really is huh? (On that forum, nearly 3000-4000$ won by 200 members who first posted obscene and offensive language even..." even if it was against the rules because their "basic human rights" were being denied (they sued the forum after getting banned), meaning I could do the same here)

So people can sue their government for "violating their basic freedom of speech, expression and etc" even when their opinion is damaging a collective or society.

Read these articles (food for thoughts on this):

http://www.artslaw.com.au/info-sheets/info-sheet/legal-issues-for-bloggers/

http://lifehacker.com/5953755/what-exactly-is-freedom-of-speech-and-how-does-it-apply-to-the-internet

using it as "self-defense" on the internet.

So do I think it's worth it? No... I'll do it if absolutely necessary (meaning if the forum doesn't allow complete and full freedom of speech, per Canadian and American charts/constitutions).

Besides, just because some certain people don't agree with me (or feel upset about whatever I'm saying) , doesn't mean I shouldn' t say it, no (since I have a right to say whatever I think without caring about that eh, per that freedom of speech argument, since it protects every individual's right to speak their mind frankly...)
