Have you ever gotten overly emotional at a funeral?

Yes sir, I have. Would rather not go into details, so I'll leave it at that.

I'm lucky enough to have never been to a funeral. The only close family member that has died was my grandfather, but I never knew him (he divorced my grandmother when my mom was sevenish). I've been to a wedding once when I was like five, but I wasn't really emotional there, I was just dancing

Yes when my dad passed away. He was a military veteran and the military funeral honors ceremony included folding and presenting the United States burial flag and the playing of Taps. I lost it when they handed me the flag and started playing the Taps.

Yea I do at funerals. I hate them.

No, I always feel numb at funerals and do my crying behind closed doors.

When my mom passed away I was balling my eyes out all loud and emotionally. Everyone was staring at me but I didnt really care. I couldnt help it.

Nope. I've always stayed home whenever there was a funeral. I don't see death as something bad, and I think I'd react badly (crying for days over some people) when they die, but maybe not at the funeral. I'm glad I've never really had to find out.

If someone close to you dies you should go to their funeral. Thats how I feel.

I know if someone close to me decided to stay home from my funeral, I'd be mad.. But I'd be dead so I wouldnt know anyways.. lol

No, and I hope to keep it that way.

If by your post you mean you will try to have no one close to you die ever... good luck.

If you meant you would avoid going to said person's funeral at all costs.... what a shame.
