Google Voice goes on Mute

Sometimes when my husband calls me through Google Voice, it randomly goes on Mute and I don't realize it. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've never had that happen, but I can imagine it's a software bug needing fixed.

Google Voice is like having another phone number. When we were in a dead zone at my house and didn't have a landline, it was nice to have a different number that used my wifi and was reliable. My phone is supposed to have WiFi support when data goes out, but there is a glitch at ATT and they won't get it working for me. So I mostly use Google Voice for calls when I'm at home and I also use it for texting. I don't think I can do video calls with it...I can't remember because I don't do that except with Facebook and that's with my husband's family.

I have not tried this. I still do it the old-school way.
