Anyone see this yet?

Planning on going to see it tomorrow night..heard it was pretty good too! What you think?

Don't know. Don't tell me. I'm going to see it this weekend.

Yay!

I enjoyed it. Somehow I always find the odd numbered Harry Potters good and the even numbered ones bad

Seen it.

The scene where they tell the story of the three brothers was interesting to watch.

One thing I never got about that scene is that neither Harry, Hermione or Ron didn't remember that Harry already has the Invisibility Cloak. Which is weird considering it has been in the series ever since Philosopher's Stone

Didn't they think it was just a generic cloak of invisibility at first?

Didn't get to see it before. Can't remember why. Taking my daughter and her friend to see it today for my daughter's birthday.

That's what I thought. They didn't know it was special.

The movie seemed a little longish, to me, but I'm really happy they split it up into two parts. Otherwise, it would have been way too short

You mean way too long, right?

No, I think Naviero X is right. To make the whole book into a 2.5 hour film would make the film too short and would have missed huge parts out.

In two parts it becomes a 5 hour film which it really needs to be. The only problem was that they ended part I on a cliffhanger!

Nooooooooooo! Why???

Towards the end, when Dobby died, people all around the cinema were in floods.

It was a really good film. I found the first half of the seventh book quite slow-going but the film condensed a lot of it and added some wry humour in with the solemnity. It was very well done. I can't wait for the final part!

Ah, okay, I thought it was meant as is, like to take the two parts and fuse them into one movie.
