Has anyone ever made fun of you for the music you listen to?

My grandson asked me if I listened to anybody that was still alive.

I showed him that several of them are still on tour.

Then I asked him if he listened to anybody that hadn't been in prison.

I was not exactly the coolest kid on the block, so it happened. Can't think of any specific cases right now, though.

All the time, I grew up listening to metal, these days I listen to a lot of Citizen Soldier, a band whose music is mostly about trauma, depression, etc. So yeah, lots of people mock my music, lol

I don't think anyone ever did , maybe because most people don't even know what i listen ....we never talk about music

I did get my grandson, and his step dad, to agree with me on this.

This is TWO AND A HALF MINUTES of absolute, solid gold rock instrumental.

Damned near perfect.

The rest of it is pathetic, borderline stupid.... When he starts singing, turn it off.

They listened to it. And agreed with me.

Oh all the time. Though I can listen to some pretty silly or weird songs so I don't blame them.
