Social media account blocking is a way to stop someone from having access to your account by seeing anything you do online, react to your posts, comments on your post and send you direct messages. If you block an account, you will become a ghost to them.

Have you blocked anyone on social media sites? Why did you block the person?

Oh I'm sure I've been blocked, not that it matters. I've blocked more than my fair share of people mainly because of seeing their annoying, disrespectful behavior. I don't have time for foolishness so if I don't have to see it, I'll count that as a plus in my book.
