Have you ever been on TV?

I have not, but a friend and her mom were on the local news once.

No, but my mom did when she spoke to one of the reporters from WLS channel 7 where we witnessed an apartment fire when I was living at Dorchester at the time.

Was the fire in your building?
Maybe this will help you. The fire in the next building happened in the late morning hours on July 7, 2018. The apartment next to the one I was in was not affected, but we did smelled the smoke from the other building, because a couple of kids were playing with firecrackers indoors. The child, was 4 years old, covered in soot and died. After everything's said and done, the building was torn down. This report was covered on every Chicago TV station, including WSNS and WGBO. Also, covered by the Sun-Times and the Tribune.
