Have you ever had to call a plumber? If yes, what for?

Not personally, but plumbers were called during our many years here.

Yep, had a house where the pipes ruptured and they were in a location we couldn't get to. Had to get the plumber in to fix it all, cost a pretty penny

When I rented I would just put in work orders for any little issue. I figure if they own the place I am not going to waste my time.

Shortly after moving into the house I own now I had a leak in an upstairs shower. That was beyond my skill level so I called in a plumber. Then I had to call another handy man to fix the hole in my downstairs ceiling (directly under the shower).
