How do you get over one?

herb tea, lots of tylenol or advil, and laying down in a dark room.

I usually get tension or migraine headaches--the worst ever.

Also, not that its healthy, but for me, a beer or 6 can cure a headache for some reason.

Ibuprofen (advil) will do the fix.

To help, I'll rub my forehead & rest in a deep area. (AKA my room)

Co-codamol. Its stronger than paracetomol, asprin and ibuprofen but is still over the counter medicine.
