I made my 1st ever burgers a few weeks back and, say it myself, they were really tasty.
Only 1 left now so need to make some more.
I used turkey mince** with chopped onion and added
Salt and pepper
Garlic seasoning
Paprika
Bit of chilli (don't know why)
So........what do you/would you add?
** I think i might use beef mince this time.

There are so many ingredients you can use to make burger patties, and everyone does it differently. As long as it tastes great and works, I don't see anything wrong with mixing things up.

I like to change my recipe sometimes, but I always add onion. It helps keep the meat soft and juicy, so I never skip that. For my other ingredients, I use fresh garlic (I don't use powders, I'm a little old fashioned with my cooking),Olive oil, oregano, parsley, mint, egg, salt, and pepper. I also add a splash of white vinegar.

If I have old bread, I soak it for a few seconds in milk instead of using dry breadcrumbs. This really helps add even more moisture to the patties.

For the meat, I prefer using a mix of beef and pork together. But if I use turkey or chicken, I might change things a little and add also some very finely chopped carrot and red pepper, as it goes together perfectly.
