Homework shouldn't be banned (never though I'd say this

) But it forces the children to study outside of school (well most kids), and learn skills on how to find stuff out for themselves. Useful if they go into higher education, as everything won't be spoon fed to them.

At my public high school, homework is mostly a joke and copying is widespread.



But I think essays and projects are different stories. Math homework everyday is a pain..

If i didn't have homework I would probably have failed algebra. I don't get homework in any other class and what would be homework i finish in class.

Wow scary. I was just thinking of creating a topic about homework before I saw this.



Anyway, I'm not a fan of homework and I hardly ever do it. Normally, when it has to be done, it'll wait until the last possible minute.

BUT it's summer, so most of us don't have to deal with it right now.

There's always going to be a reason why students don't like school.



The useful homework shouldn't be banned, however most homework at my school wasn't useful at all so I just copied it.
