What I'm wondering is whether either Gov. Phil Murphy or Sen. Cory Booker, two of the state's other major elected officials, what chime in and try to push Melendez under the bus. I hope they do because the longer it takes, the easier it becomes for the GOP--excuse me, the GQP (Grand Q-Anon Party) - to both paint Democrats as corrupt and deflect attention from Trump in a "both sides do it" pile of steaming hot horsecrap.
Chicago ain't the only place where corruption reigns; they just got it down to a science.
