My yearly evaluation was due back in March and I still haven't gotten it. Not to mention, I never got my yearly evaluation for last year so it's been two years since I've gotten one (and a raise). I think I deserve a raise because they expect more and more from me as time rolls on.

How do you bring this up without pissing off management and you end up getting a crappy evaluation?

I feel you, we have a policy of 10% wage raising per year and i never have my yearly evaluation. But this year has been chaotic for everyone, it's a blessing that i'm keeping my job.

You have no control over how management is going to feel when you bring it up. They either get mad or they don't. That isn't your fault. I would just talk to them about it and go from there.

You are right, Terminated. I can't control how they're going to feel about it. I'll have to have a talk to them about it Monday.
