Once your forum is ready to be launched, how do you start building a member base? Generally speaking, I do two things, one, I engage in post exchange with other forum users, and two, I buy posting packages. While post exchange requires me to devote a substantial amount of time to other forums, post exchange will get me users and activities easily. Even after getting some activities, I continue to buy posting packages from webmaster forums.
