How do you like your Cheese?

I personally prefer mine on a : grilled-cheese, cheese on toast, in most sandwiches, poutine, fries, cheese curds and gravy and finally French onion soup. And you personally?

It depends on the cheese but mostly I am happy just to eat it on it's own with some fresh bread or crackers.

Then there is mozzarella which I can just throw on or in absolutely everything before putting it in the oven.
