How do you like your Cheese?

My personal most favourite cheeses ever are : Aged Gouda, Havarti and Brie. I myself love them as : cheese sticks, cheese and crackers, BLTs, cheeseburgers and smoked salmon croissants. And you personally?

Nothing too fancy, to be honest. Cheddar or Mozzarella is usually my favourite, especially when it's melted on cheese on toast or as a grilled cheese sandwich
