I especially favour : duck, goose, sausages, chicken, beef and pork. As for how I personally like them : fois gras, grilled, boiled or BBQ and with rice or veggies or fries and an iced drink to go with it. And you personally?

Depends on the meat in question....most I either pan-fry, bake or grill (chicken, beef, turkey, fish & venison).
One meat I no longer eat is pork; I just don't have the taste for it anymore.
