How do you like your steak?

And a blooming onion!! hehe

I like it rare. But, it needs to be a thick cut and cooked at a very high temperature so that the middle is warmed during the cooking process.

What do you get when you cut an onion into 200 perfect petals, then bread and deep-fry it to golden goodness?
A blooming onion? lol

Medium rare with some chimchurri on top ?
I've never tried chimichurri but it honestly looks amazing. I can imagine how good it will taste with a well seasoned and well-made steak!

I like just a little bit of salt. But, I'm open to overnight marination. hehe

I'm not sure. But I find it disgusting to eat my meat bloody like that. Not to mention I don't want a big tape worm stewing in my bowels. They teach you in health & science class not to eat under cooked meat because you know, worms.

Plus I'm pretty sure the human stomach can't properly digest bloody, raw meat. lol

They showed a video in science class on what happens when you eat raw beef or pork and what you can get from it. I don't think I ate for a week after I we watched it.

It said I have to view it on Youtube. :" age restricted" LOL

@Terminated Yeah... I think that's gross. lol

Medium rare... and I let it sit on my plate a bit eating my sides before I dive in so it's closer to a medium but not dry.
