How do you like your Steak?

Medium rare, with BBQ sauce or ketchup salt and pepper, chips or steak tartar, coleslaw salad and chips. Yum. And you yourself?

I love mine medium-rare, with a side of fried, mashed or baked potatoes and a beer or other drink to wash it down. What about you? How do you like your steak in your opinion?

I prefer well-done steak. I suddenly miss my mom's way of cooking this meat.

I like mine medium rare. Well done is too chewy, like jerky.
