I own 1 forum, but I am apart of several for different reasons. So right now, I gotta put my place on the back burner until I am finished with the others..

Yes I am, but not nearly as many as I was when I was actively advertising and doing exchanges..

It seemed like between running my own forum, my brother's that everytime I joined a forum, especially if it was someone from my brother's place who started their own, I would end up being an admin on it..

It is honestly one of the major reasons why I have so much experience where various software is concerned.. I have ended up using A LOT.. lol

But these days haven't been as crazy though and I am only involved to help with the initial set up and then once my part is done, I move on..

I cant go too far though as these are personal projects for my family members..

I only have the one. I honestly don’t know how or even why lol some people run more than one. Why not combine them even if they are different niches? You’d get more members, more activity IMO. Plus I personally prefer to be on one forum than support several that one person has. Especially when there are similar topics in both!

Seems almost everyone have a forum or had . I dont have any but i did long ago, it was only for a short time .

I am a bit reluctant to say I "own" Wondercafe2 because we have always tried to frame it as a community-run community. However, my co-admin and I do pay the major operating bills (hosting, software maintenance, domain registration) so it could be argued we are "owners" to the extent that the infrastructure is in our names, though we do fundraise for capital expenses like major upgrades.
