A couple hours a day. If I didn’t have a job, my partner and my daughter I’d probably be online 24/7 and that wouldn’t be healthy.

All depends on 'the day'; whether or not I have to 'get out', how much housework I need, want to, feel like doing, interruptions. Just guessing, maybe three - five hours on average.
