lately iv been drinking a around 8 glasses of water.. apparently you need about that and iv got to say a week later i felt brilliant.. move active (just like the volvic advert said).. i used to hate water and be awfully dehydrated on fizzy drinks (sounds stupid but its true .. my body was lacking of water and i was getting bad symptoms)
anyway how many of you on Off Topix actually drink the right amount of water and feel better ..physically? it might be because im eating right too but since im going to start running most days i think id need to drink a hell of alot since it takes alot out of you.. water wise
