I don't think a book could ever exist and be genuinely truthful as no matter how hated or loved you are, there will always be someone who either hates or loves you. I think what is more important is who loves and hates you as that really shows what you are about by who wants to be by your side and who don't.

As for the contents of such a book, likely a bunch of nonsense to fill the pages and make a sale to someone gullible enough to believe there is a way to do either.

Well for the "everyone loves part" there's a book that touches upon that topic called "How to Make Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. Actually a good book IMO
