How to deal with heat rashes?

The weather have been very hot lately. My skin doesn't do so well with heat and being hot. I usually have skin reactions to heat immediately. Right now, all my back and neck is covered with heat rashes.

What can I use to have it treated ASAP without any side reactions to my skin?
