Yes, many stories here on it for the last two weeks.
They try to kill the baby before it leaves the mother. But they are killing these babies in a means that leaves what they deem the most important body parts and organs intact. Some are murdered after the baby is ripped out. Then the parts go to some kind of research. If they have a use for the skin I have no idea what these butchers do with it.
