"I feel so stupid"

What was your worst "I feel so stupid" moment?

Wearing white gym shorts to go swimming. Came out of the water and everyone could see everything. :Run:

I was assigned to show new recruits three rooms in the hospital:

• The Staff Lounge
• The Staff Locker Room
• The Spare Equipment Room

The first two went without a hitch. Next comes the spare equipment room. I pushed the door to open it and it didn't open. I tried again and it didn't open. I then turn to the six recruits watching me and say: "Sorry but this door for some reason is locked." One of the new recruits replies back: "The door says Pull not Push."

Both instances sound very embarassing!

Few years back, I had a small crush on a girl from school and we went out to the pub. My friend asked how we got on, and I said "Yeah, it was great. But it just doesn't feel like she likes me that way."

Then I realised I'd sent it to the girl I had been with. And horrendously covered with "Ooops. Wrong person. Wasn't about you btw."
