My "newest" laptop was from a pawn shop.
The one I'm using right now was a 'refurbished' unit.
My 'back up' downstairs was a demonstrator that was a discontinued model.
The BRAND SPANKING NEW one I bought a couple of years ago is the one that had the onboard power supply burn up.
I won't do that again.
