Yep, Fish and Chips, definitely. Cornish pasties, too. Could also add the Chicken Tikka Masala.

Barbecue; America's got plenty.
-Eastern (w/vinegar based-sauce) & Piedmont NC (w/tomato based-sauce)
-SC mustard barbecue
-Alabama barbecue w/white sauce
-Memphis barbecue (dry-rub)
-Kansas City BBQ (tomato-based w/spices)
-St. Louis style (principally pork steak & shoulder)

Hell, Texas has got a few just by itself....
-East Texas BBQ (think Carolina barbecue)
-Central Texas w/beef brisket
-South Texas beef barbacoa
-West Texas cowboy BBQ (w/beef, goat, mutton, etc)
