Islamic State behead man accused of ‘witchcraft’
How barbaric and what a horrible way to die.
Islamic state militants in Syria have beheaded a man for allegedly practising witchcraft.
The latest barbaric photographs show a man being brutally killed by a masked executioner, as a crowd looks on.
Although exact details of the man’s crime have not been disclosed, the execution occurred in the rural area of Aldbsa, west of the city of Raqqa, which has become the Islamic State’s de-facto capital.
The photographs, released by ISIS-affiliated media, show a bearded, shaven-headed man being led from a car by militants to the site of the execution.
In a second image, a bearded cleric can be seen reading the man’s death sentence, while a third harrowing photograph shows the man with his head resting on the chopping block, moments before his death.
A final image shows a crowd eagerly pressed against metal railings in a bid to catch a glimpse of the distressing scene.
