Not really, i have one of the lower plans,

Photography plan (20GB)​

so its only $12.99 a month

You get Photoshop. Lightroom , Bridge and Rush as well as a few other web based apps

Thats cool, with a monthly fee I'd feel obligated to use it on a regular basis since I am paying for it that month. Gotta get my money's worth.
